Rachel Collins

Rachel Collins serves as CEO of Sharetec. She brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise and operational software, with a background in strategy, product leadership, and large-scale business transformation.

Prior to joining Sharetec, Rachel was Chief Executive Officer of W Energy Software. She previously served as General Manager at Insite360 (a Vontier company) and held senior leadership roles at Aurea, Insite360 and goMoxie (acquired by NICE in 2021). Earlier in her career, she co-founded Stryve Advisors, where she focused on strategy and execution for growth-stage organizations.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University, graduating Cum Laude, and a Master’s degree in Finance from Colorado State University Global, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is based in the Houston area and is focused on building durable, high-performing teams and scalable software platforms.
