STEFFI DECKER

Steffi is CEO of the Evergreen Financial Technology Group and CEO of Sharetec Systems.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Steffi was a senior partner at Chong + Koster, a Washington, D.C. digital marketing agency. Over nine years, Steffi ran digital marketing for dozens of winning House, Senate and gubernatorial races and worked on public affairs for many causes she cares deeply about such as women’s rights, climate change and gun violence prevention.

Steffi is a proud Duke Blue Devil where she was captain of the Crew team and an enthusiastic convert to North Carolina BBQ. Steffi has an MBA from Berkeley-Haas School of Business. Steffi lives in South Bend, Indiana with her husband, son and three poorly behaved dogs. In her spare time, Steffi loves to cycle, cook, debate politics and explore.
